From the cane fields, to your table - our milling process in images

Cane supply comprises approximately 1.3 million tons in an average year over a 36 week milling season, with “normal” climatic conditions. Sixy-five percent is produced on the Umfolozi flats and is delivered to the Mill by narrow gauge railway. The Small Scale Growers, who comprise numerous plots of approximately 1.5 hectares, deliver between 4% and 10%, some by narrow gauge railway and the balance by road.
